We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
YOUR ROLE
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Assist in the formulation of strategies, scope development, planning, and ensuring strong execution of marketing plans to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websiteâĒ Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Understanding funnels and digital marketing strategies for client campaigns while efficiently communicating the marketing plan
- Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence and performance on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing
- Social media advertising with budgeting, targeting, and placement plans
- Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
- Perform content lifecycle strategy and evolution, content planning, authoring, editing, testing, and improvement
- Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share
- while balancing customer satisfaction
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Researching demand for our products and services
- Competitor research
- Developing promotions and campaigns with advertising managers for brand awareness
- Organizing company conferences, webinar, and major events
- Should be comfortable for an outdoor person to person marketing also (if required)
- Generate ideas and make important decisions involving product advertising, and media channels
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing and appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices and then acting on the information
- Prepare online newsletter and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers Prepare and execute conversion tests
YOUR SKILLS
- BSc/BA/M.Sc. ITM/MMM or masterâs degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field
- Proven marketing campaign experience
- More than 2 years of sales experience
- Prior experience of working with government institutions, familiarity with government working /reporting processes will be given preference

Sales & Technical Officer- Digital LED Signage in Kathmandu Nepal:

Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing of Digital LED Signage and/or services, including effectively prospecting to search new customers.
- Initiates contact with prospective customers in the hotels, hospitals and medicine, transportation, banking, education and e-commerce (Online Customer Support) to sell targeted Digital LED Signage products and/or services.
- Works as a marketing / technical repair and maintenance / sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
- Demonstrates specialized product knowledge for Digital LED Signage, specific solution, market, and competitive intelligence.
- Prepares and presents proposals to different clients.
- Should be able to prepare tender documents.
- Should have civil construction knowledge and mechanical layout and drawing understanding.
- Should be able to instruct the preparation of outer framing and designing the frame of LED displays.Â
- Should have knowledge of electrical connections and electronic circuit boards.
- Should have knowledge of Micro-level soldering and replacing the LED bulbs from the modules of LED cabinet.
- Should have knowledge of 3 phase and 1 phase AC circuits as well as DC circuits.
- Remain current on trends and markets related to Digital LED Signage and computational hardware.
- Negotiates, structures, and closes “deals” that meet customer expectations, utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
- Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
- Meets sales goals and objectives.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience as required for the specific job level.Â
- Familiarity with LED displays subject matter.
- Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of LED displays both hardware and software.
- Understanding of product development requirements in a regulated industry.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.Â
- Demonstrated ability to launch and grow innovative technology products related to LED displays.
- Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content for technical products.
- The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
- Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
